Your Hair Journey

Hair Replacement Solutions

We offer a range of high-quality hair replacement options designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself throughout treatment.

Our focus is always on finding the most natural, comfortable, and practical solution for your lifestyle and preferences.

Ongoing Support Throughout Your Journey

Hair loss is often temporary, and the regrowth process can bring new questions and challenges.

As part of your care, we offer a complimentary follow-up appointment when your hair begins to regrow. This allows us to guide you through the transition back to your natural hair and advise on caring for new growth.

Our support does not end once you leave the studio. We are here to provide guidance, reassurance, and practical advice throughout every stage of your journey.

At The Hair Sanctuary, you will never face this journey alone.

Before Chemotherapy

Many clients choose to meet with us before treatment begins.

This allows time to discuss hair replacement options, select a style that closely matches your natural hair, and prepare emotionally and practically for any changes ahead.

Having a plan in place before hair loss begins can help you feel more in control during a time when many things may feel uncertain.

During Treatment

Hair loss often begins 12 - 16 days after chemotherapy starts, although every person's experience is different.

You may notice:

• Increased shedding
• Tenderness or sensitivity of the scalp
• Thinning areas
• Gradual or sudden hair loss

During this stage, we can offer advice on scalp care, comfort, and wearing your chosen hair replacement piece.

Living With Your Hair Replacement Piece

Your replacement piece is designed to help you maintain confidence and continue daily life feeling comfortable and supported.

We will show you:

• How to wear it confidently
• How to care for it
• How to maintain its appearance
• Tips for comfort during treatment

Many clients tell us that having a hair replacement solution prepared in advance provides reassurance and reduces anxiety around hair loss.

Hair Regrowth

Hair regrowth usually begins several weeks after treatment ends, although timing varies for each individual.

New hair may:

• Have a different texture
• Feel softer or finer initially
• Grow at different rates
• Appear a different colour temporarily

This is completely normal and often changes over time.

Together, we will:

  • Assess your new growth

  • Discuss scalp health

  • Recommend suitable hair and scalp care

  • Help you transition from your replacement piece back to your natural hair when you feel ready

Every journey is unique, and we are here to support you at every stage.
