A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be deducted from your final treatment balance.

We kindly request a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within this period may result in the loss of your booking deposit.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment experience. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or appointment rescheduling where necessary.

Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.

Certain treatments require an initial consultation and scalp assessment before treatment can begin. This ensures all treatments are personalised safely and effectively to your scalp and hair needs.

Patch testing may be required for selected treatments or products. Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medications, or medical conditions prior to treatment.

Results vary from client to client depending on scalp condition, consistency, lifestyle factors, and adherence to home care recommendations. Hair and scalp restoration is a journey that requires commitment and consistency.

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that additional guests or children do not attend appointments unless previously arranged.

We encourage clients to keep phones on silent during treatments to preserve the relaxing sanctuary atmosphere.
